TikTok raised the standard US referral fee from 6% to 8% on August 4, 2026. Some categories differ, so the rate is a field you can change to match your Seller Center.
A $35 item with $6 shipping, sold by a creator on 15% commission: the 8% referral fee is $3.28 and the creator gets $5.25, so you keep $32.47, or $18.47 profit after $14 of costs.
