Questions
Will it stretch my image?
Not with "Keep proportions" on. The image fits inside the size you give, keeping its shape.
Can it make images bigger?
Yes, but enlarging can't add detail, so large increases look soft.
Which formats work?
JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF in, saved in the same format.
