Tillhouse is a Shopify theme made by CHRISPSDesign ("we"), the Canadian company that owns Utilwell. This policy explains what the theme does with data on your store.

The theme sends us nothing

Tillhouse runs entirely on Shopify. It contains no tracking, analytics or third-party scripts, and it does not send any store, shopper or order data to CHRISPSDesign or anyone else.

What stays in the shopper's browser

The wishlist and recently viewed products are stored in the shopper's own browser and never leave it. They are not linked to customer accounts.

What Shopify handles

Everything else the theme shows, such as products, carts, customer accounts, B2B trade prices, newsletter sign-ups and contact forms, is handled by Shopify under your store's own privacy policy and Shopify's privacy policy. Trade prices are decided by Shopify for signed-in B2B buyers; the theme never stores or calculates them.

You remain responsible for your store's privacy policy and for any apps you add, which have their own terms.
