Tillhouse Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
Tillhouse (formerly Counter) is a Shopify theme made by CHRISPSDesign ("we"), the Canadian company that owns Utilwell. Copyright © 2026 CHRISPSDesign. All rights reserved.
1. Buying and license
Tillhouse is sold only through the Shopify Theme Store. Your purchase, billing, refunds and license are handled by Shopify under its terms for Theme Store themes. Buy it there, not from anyone else.
2. What you may not do
- Resell, share, redistribute or give away the theme or any part of it, including modified versions, the icon set or the placeholder artwork.
- Publish the theme's code or files in public repositories.
- Remove copyright notices from the theme's files, or use the theme to create a competing theme product.
3. Content you add
The theme comes without product data, photography or store content. You are responsible for having the rights to all images, fonts, text and data you add, and for the accuracy of any offers, prices, policies, reviews and claims on your store. Promotional features only present offers; discounts are created and managed in Shopify.
4. Third-party services
Shopify features, apps and services used with the theme are governed by their own terms. The theme includes no third-party libraries.
5. Updates and support
Updates are released through the Shopify Theme Store. Support covers setting up the theme and fixing theme bugs. It does not cover third-party apps, custom code changes, or store settings outside the theme.
6. Warranty and liability
To the extent the law allows, the theme is provided "as is", and CHRISPSDesign is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost sales or data, arising from its use. This does not affect anything Shopify's Theme Store terms give you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in them limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
