Counter is for brands that sell to shoppers and to trade customers from the same store.

Retail shoppers build mix-and-match bundles and see the live price and savings as they go. Trade buyers sign in to their own order page with their Shopify B2B prices, quantity rules, volume breaks, order minimum and one-click reorder. Both are built into the theme and use Shopify's own discounts and B2B features, so there are no extra apps to pay for.

How it works

Upload the theme under Online Store › Themes › Add theme. It arrives unpublished, so your live store is untouched.
Pick one of the 8 demos. Fonts, colors, header, product cards and homepage change in one step, and you can import the demo products.
Add your brand, menus, products and collections. Everything stays editable in the Theme Editor.
Optional: create automatic discounts for bundles, and set up Shopify B2B for the trade portal.
Work through the launch checklist in the docs, then publish.

Features in detail

Bundle builder

Mix-and-match tiers: Set tiers such as any 3 for $27 or any 5 for $40. Shoppers see the live price, savings and progress as they pick.
Grouped in the cart: Each bundle stays together in the cart, up to 10 items by default or up to 50.
Fair pricing: Items beyond a full bundle are charged at the single price: 7 items on 3, 5 and 10 tiers pay the 5-item price plus 2 singles.
Safe by design: Multipacks and sale items are left out automatically, trade buyers never get bundle prices, and the theme never sets a price itself: your Shopify discounts do at checkout.

Trade portal

Wholesale landing page: A public page with an application form for new trade customers.
Order page for B2B buyers: Signed-in trade buyers see their catalog prices, minimums, case sizes, maximums and volume breaks, and reorder in one click.
Order minimums: Set a minimum order by value or by units, checked in the cart.
Secure: Access is checked by Shopify's servers. Visitors who aren't trade buyers get no trade prices at all, not prices hidden with code.

Promotions

6 offer slots: Buy one get one, buy X get Y, tiered discounts, multi-buy prices, spend thresholds, free shipping, free gifts and sales.
No accidental offers: An offer only appears once you confirm the discount exists in Shopify, and it hides outside its start and end dates.
Campaign Mode: Switch the whole store for a sale on a schedule: countdown bar, campaign colors, badges and sections shown only during the campaign.
Cart progress bars: Free shipping, gift and tier progress, converted to each visitor's currency.

Store and catalog

Store header: Predictive search, a category panel and shortcut links for big catalogs.
Visual mega menus: Images and links in large menus, with a drill-down menu on mobile.
Filters: Fast filters with links you can share, using Shopify Search & Discovery.
Product pages: 4 product templates, sticky add to cart and a delivery estimate.

Quality

Theme Check clean: 0 Theme Check offences and no third-party JavaScript libraries.
Accessible: Checked with axe: AA color contrast, keyboard-friendly menus and reduced-motion support.
Two languages: English and French storefront translations included.

Screens

Requirements

The trade portal needs Shopify B2B. Per-customer pricing needs Shopify Plus; other plans price by market.
Bundle pricing uses automatic discounts you create in Shopify.

Not included

Products, collections, pages or other store content.
Photography: replace the demo images with your own before launch.
Automatic updates: Shopify doesn't update uploaded themes, so new versions are installed by hand.

Questions

Do I need a bundle app?

No. The bundle builder is built into the theme, and your own Shopify discounts set the price.

Can I give each trade customer their own prices?

On Shopify Plus, yes. On other plans, B2B prices are set per market.

Will installing it change my live store?

No. It uploads unpublished, so you can set it up and preview before switching.

Can trade buyers use bundle deals?

No. Bundles are for retail shoppers only.

Will an expired offer keep showing?

No. Offers hide outside their dates, and only show once you confirm the discount exists.

Which languages does it include?

English and French.
