About the Days Between Dates
Days Between Dates counts the days, weeks and weekdays (Monday to Friday) from one date to another. Use it for deadlines, notice periods, project plans or countdowns.
The end date isn't counted, so from Monday to the next Monday is 7 days.

Example
From October 7 to December 25, 2026 is 79 days: 11.3 weeks, of which 57 are weekdays.
Questions
Are public holidays removed from weekdays?
No. Weekdays counts Monday to Friday only; take off any holidays yourself.
Does it handle leap years?
Yes. February 29 is counted when it falls between the dates.
Can the end date be before the start?
Yes. The result is shown as a negative number of days.
