Merge PDF

Combine several PDFs into one file.

How this was calculated

Your files never leave your device. They are merged in your browser.

About the Merge PDF

Merge PDF combines several PDFs into a single file, keeping every page exactly as it was. Use it to put a contract and its appendix together, combine scanned receipts for an expense claim, or send one file instead of five.

Pages keep their original size and orientation. Links and text stay selectable.

How to use it

  1. Choose all the PDFs at once.
  2. Keep the order you picked them in, or sort them by file name.
  3. Download merged.pdf.

Example

Merging a 3-page invoice and a 2-page delivery note gives one 5-page PDF: invoice pages first, then the delivery note.

Questions

How do I change the order?

Choose "By file name (A to Z)" and number your files (01-, 02-…), or pick them in the order you want. Need to move single pages? Use Rearrange PDF Pages on the merged file.

Is there a limit on files?

There is no fixed limit. Very large files depend on your device's memory, because merging happens in your browser.

What about password-protected PDFs?

Remove the password first, then merge. The tool will tell you which file is protected.
